Q. WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIME FOR MY ORDER?
A. Custom Stamps and Embossers take at least 5 business days. Production time will begin the next business day after the order is placed.

Q. HOW MANY IMPRESSIONS CAN I GET FROM MY STAMP?
A. The number of stamp impressions depends on many variables, including the stamp design (some designs use more ink than others), the type of paper, and the duration of impression. Generally, one can expect between 700 – 1,000 impressions from an ink cartridge.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE INK CARTRIDGES?
A. Remove your Stamp Design and blot with a paper towel to remove any excess ink before changing ink colours. Compress the stamper about ¼” and press in the red side buttons to lock it in place. Gently push the ink cartridge out, (you may need to push it with the eraser of a pencil top or a pen). To replace, insert the new ink cartridge in UPSIDE DOWN (wet side down) until it locks/snaps/clicks into place.

Q. CAN I BUY A CUSTOM STAMP DESIGN WITHOUT THE STAMPER?
A. Of course! Our stampers feature a removable clip which makes changing stamp designs effortless. Now you easily take out the clip and replace it with a new design. Order a design with your address, your monogram, one for the holidays, and one for every part of your life!

Q. CAN I SEE A PROOF OF MY STAMP BEFORE IT GETS PRODUCED?
A. Our Custom Stamp Design program allows you to design, view and approve your custom design in minutes! Your design will be produced exactly as you designed it! No worries about errors to your customized design.

Q. WHAT PAPER WEIGHT/THICKNESS CAN MY EMBOSSER ACCOMMODATE?
A. 80# text weight envelopes, our foil seals, paper napkins and even tissue paper work beautifully!

Q. MY STAMPER HAS REVOLUTIONARY CLEAN HANDS TECHNOLOGY. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
A. Our stampers feature a removable clip which makes changing stamp designs clean and easy. Now you can use as many stamp designs as you like with just one stamper! Simply squeeze the tabs on the underside of the removable clip to remove your design and slide in a new design clip!

Q. HOW MANY CHARACTERS WILL MY CUSTOM DESIGN ALLOW FOR MY STAMP OR EMBOSSER?
A. All designs are offered with a MAXIMUM amount of characters allowed to ensure that your stamp or embosser will be readable and attractive. The custom design features in the program allow you to adjust the character spacing and size, while ensuring that the characters are not too small or close together. The use of abbreviations may be necessary with some designs. You will always be able to see a proof of your custom design and approve it prior to ordering.

Q. CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
A. Placing orders via our website is the preferred method of ordering. It ensures that you enter your text as well as shipping and billing information correctly. In addition, when ordering online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that allows you to check on the status of your order as well as receive a shipment confirmation when you order ships out.

Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A. When you receive your order is dependent upon the ship method that you choose. Regardless of your shipment method, your order will be shipped within 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Standard Shipping may take from 7 to 10 days from the day it is shipped. UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping will arrive 2 business days from the date it is shipped.

Q. WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
A. If your order was placed, and you selected UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping, you should receive your parcel within 5 business days, beginning from the business day following the day your order was placed. If you believe you should have received your parcel and have not, please email us, providing us with your order number in the subject line, at: customerservice@wishingtreedesigns.com. You may also contact us at 1-877-446-1262, and provide your order number to the Customer Service Representative.

Q. WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT IT IS NOT COMPLETE?
A. After receiving your order, if you believe that it is not complete, please review the details of your order to verify that all items have shipped together. Contact us at the link below to provide details regarding missing items. Include your name, email address and order number to speed the processing of your request.

Q. WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR HAS AN ERROR?
A. If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please call us at 1-877-446-1262 within 30 days after the date on which you received your order, and we will remake and reship the product(s) in question or refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping costs.

Q. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. Wishing Tree Designs accepts the following payment methods on our secure site: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

Q. WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?
A. Your credit card is automatically charged at the time you place your order.

Q. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
A. No, we do not charge sales tax at this time.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
A. Shipping and processing costs vary by the weight of your order and by the turnaround time you select during checkout. We offer two shipment deliveries, Standard Shipping for $7.50 and UPS 2nd Day Air for $15.00.

Q. WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
A. Currently, we only ship in the United States.

Q. DOES WISHING TREE DESIGNS SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
A. Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes. Since P.O. Box delivery can only be done by the USPS, customers shipping to P.O. Boxes must choose the standard shipping method.

Q. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
A. At this time, Wishing Tree Designs does not offer gift certificates.
